(MINOT, ND) – Trinity Health is pleased to announce that Priscilla Frost has rejoined its leadership team as Director of Revenue Management, previously called the Department of Revenue Integrity. Frost established the Revenue Integrity Department in 2010 and then left Trinity Health in 2015 to devote her time and energy to family matters.

‘We’re excited and pleased to have Priscilla back serving in this key position,’ said Trent W. Chastain, MBA, Vice President, Revenue Cycle. ‘With close to 30 years of experience in compliance, coding, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle systems, she’ll serve Trinity Health’s financial operations very well.’

As Director of Revenue Management and a member of the revenue cycle leadership team, Frost will oversee the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic project implementations where revenue management resources are required. She will also be a key stakeholder in efforts to improve the overall revenue cycle process: Frost will provide the bridge between clinical and revenue cycle areas to support quality patient care and help meet revenue cycle objectives.

‘With the department’s new title of revenue management we’ll also be adding a stronger educational component to assist providers in navigating the complexities of documentation and coding,’ Frost noted.

A professional coding specialist and medical auditor, Frost graduated from Bossier Parish Community College in Louisiana. Prior to joining Trinity Health in 2010 she served as financial manager and compliance officer with Bossier Surgical Associates and Willis-Knighton Health Systems. Later she was clinic practice manager at Christus Schumpert Sutton Children’s Hospital Outpatient Clinics in Shreveport, LA. Frost also served as longtime executive director for the Bossier Parish Medical Society, in which capacity she provided physician practice consulting and education in conjunction with the Louisiana State Medical Society.
