Trinity Therapy Services is a proud recipient of the "Outcomes Excellence Award." As a Workwell Systems quality provider, we work with a network of over 10,000 physical and occupational therapists whose methodology provides proven techniques to meet the challenges of measuring, managing, and reducing workplace injuries.
Work Injury Rehabilitation
Technologically equipped for even the most advanced rehab needs, we work with injured employees to get them functioning at the level they were prior to the injury.
Worksite Analysis
Our team of therapists will come to your worksite and analyze the ergonomics of the various job positions and make recommendations for changes and/or adjustments in job descriptions. We also may suggest improved work practices, the purchase of new equipment, and anything else that might better fit the work to the workers.
Ergonomic Initiative Program
Trinity Health is an approved vendor for the North Dakota Workforce Safety and Insurance’s Ergonomic Initiative Program. This program is designed to reduce ergonomic related injuries in the workplace by providing 3:1 funding assistance for ergonomic assessments.
More information about the program, as well as the application form, can be found here.
Safety Education
Our therapists are available to come to your workplace and provide education to your employees on a variety of topics (i.e. the lifting of heavy objects or proper posture while sitting at a desk). Although typically recommended after an ergonomic assessment, you may request an educational seminar at any time. We will do our best to accommodate your training request.
Work Hardening and Conditioning
We use real and simulated work tasks and progressive conditioning exercises to assist a worker in safely being capable to return to work after an injury.
Post-Offer/Pre-Work Screening
A post-offer/pre-work screen is conducted to identify an applicant’s ability to perform the physical demands of a specific job. Trinity’s functional testing is focused on improving workforce availability throughout the entire employment lifecycle by matching the worker’s physical abilities to the work that needs to get done and keeping the worker at work and productive.
Testing may include lifting, force testing, postural tolerances, grip, push and pull, ambulation, climbing and balance abilities, and job simulations. Tests are performed by physical and occupational therapists who are trained and certified with WorkWell Systems – a nationally recognized occupational medicine services provider. These tests allow the employer to make hiring decisions in a legal, fair, and non-discriminatory manner and promote a more positive relationship between the employer and the employee.
Functional Capacity Evaluations
An FCE is a structured evaluation used to determine a worker’s maximum abilities. It can be used for determining a worker’s limitations, physical abilities, level of disability, and ability to perform their job.
Hand Therapy
Trinity’s team of nationally certified hand therapists specialize in treating conditions that affect the hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder. They have extensive training in their specialty area and work one-on-one with patients to develop individual treatment plans that address each patient’s medical need.
