Who are our hospice specialists?

Loving care is delivered by a team of professionals who address the patient’s medical, physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Our care team includes physicians, nurses, home health aides, pharmacy, dietician, clergy, social worker, trained volunteers, and a medical director.  This multi-disciplinary team focuses on the unique needs and wishes of the patient and family.

We continue to stay connected to your family after the passing of the loved one. Our bereavement service will offer as much or as little support as needed for as long as thirteen months.
