- General Fitness – Programs for people who wish to improve their fitness within the five fitness components of cardiorespiratory, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and body composition, with programs designed to:
- Improve body weight and composition
- Lower risk of serious health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers
- Lower blood pressure and cholesterol
- Improve ability to cope with stress
- Reduce risk of injury
- Promote longevity and quality of life
- Clinical Exercise – Exercise designed in accordance with a provider’s recommendations to help alleviate disease or disability. IEPs are available with specific health needs in the areas of weight management, immunological/hematological disorders, neurological conditions, pulmonary disease and cardiovascular disease, metabolic problems, cancer, and others.
