Trinity Health Foundation is excited to announce the Prescription Assistance Fund. The fund’s mission is to ensure that all Trinity Health patients have access to essential prescription medications. This fund was established to provide financial assistance to pay for prescription medications in cases where the patient cannot pay.

Patients needing assistance paying for their prescriptions can contact a Trinity Health Pharmacist to determine eligibility.
