Weigh 2 Change Session Zero, an informational session, will take place from 4-5 p.m., Trinity Health Medical Arts, Skywalk A conference room. Space is limited, RSVP to 857-2850. Diabetes can be prevented but not cured. Take control of your health and start making positive lifestyle changes with the help of a trained lifestyle coach and fun, engaging support groups. You will learn about the yearlong program and its goals, complete a “Readiness to Change Questionnaire,” and you can ask questions to see if this program is right for you. If you would like to participate in the program, but cannot attend the Session Zero, call 857-2850 to do an over-the-phone individual session zero. Cost: People who decide to commit to the program and are not covered by Medicare will be charged a fee of $220, which covers education sessions and materials for the entire year. Classes will start November 2024.

At risk for or have prediabetes

• At least 18 years of age
• Overweight
• Do not currently have diabetes
• Not pregnant
