(MINOT, ND) – The Trinity CancerCare Center has enhanced its radiation oncology program by adding primary care to the mix of services. Rachel Gruenberg, FNP-C, a family nurse practitioner, provides consultation and follow-up care for patients receiving radiation as part of their cancer therapy.
Originally from Granville, Gruenberg attended Williston State College for her Associates Degree in Massage Therapy and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Minot State University. She worked at Trinity Hospital on the Ortho/Neuro and OB/Labor & Delivery units before completing her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Frontier Nursing University, Hyden, KY.
A member of the North Dakota Nurse Practitioners Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Gruenberg resides in Westhope with her three children and husband, John, who serves as superintendent and principle of Westhope Public School.
