This Friday (Oct. 26) Trinity Health Foundation will team up with Tesoro Dakota Square and other businesses to “Fuel the Fight” against cancer.
The day-long event will feature numerous discounts and prizes, including:
- A prize of “free gas for one year” will be donated by United Community Bank (given has a $50 gas certificate per week for 52 week).
- 16% of Tesoro’s sales all day Friday will go to support Trinity CancerCare Center patients to help with transportation to and from treatments.
- Pepsi will have 24-packs on sale for $5.99, and $1 from each 24-pack sold will be donated to the CancerCare Center.
A hot dog lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Other activities include a silent auction, a dunk tank with Minot Mayor Shaun Sipma, KMOT-TV News staff, and CancerCare Director Shane Jordan; and kids’ activities, including carousel rides and a bounce house.
