Trinity Health Outpatient Pharmacy is now accepting the majority of previously non-contracted plans, including:

• Federal BCBS
• CVS Caremark
• Silverscripts
• Cigna
• Wellcare
• Many other Medicare-D plans

Trinity Health Outpatient Pharmacy will continue to accept Express Scripts, Tricare, Sanford, Humana, BCBS, Paid, Medco, Medicaid and many other plans. Trinity Health Outpatient Pharmacy is located inside Trinity Health’s Medical Office Building (2305 37^th Ave SW) and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Prescriptions can be picked up in-store or in the drive-thru.
