Trinity Health’s Nutrition Services Department will offer a class, “Cooking with Flavor,” Tuesday, October 13, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Trinity Health Community Conference Room at Town & Country Center.
The class, part of a year-long series of grocery tours and cooking classes, will be led by a registered dietitian and will focus on ways to add flavor to meals without adding extra sodium.
Space is limited. Interested participants are asked to register by October 12 by calling 857-5268. A $10 fee is required to cover the cost of recipes and food samples. People are asked to bring their own mask to wear throughout the class.
