• Responsibilities include:
  • Communication and dissemination of information to APPs
  • Provide input for job descriptions and performance standards
  • Provide input for organization bylaws for APPs
  • Orientation, continuing education, and preceptor/mentorship programs
  • Promote use of evidence-based practice and participate in research activities within the organization
  • Input for APPs retention, recruitment and job satisfaction
  • Integrate within department of nursing councils and medical staff committees
